We also offer international shipping of our Dog breed jewelry from Germany to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland (Republic), Italy, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Zurich, Liechtenstein, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Norway, Moscow, Russia,The Netherlands, Spain (Mainland) and Spain (Balearic Islands), and Sweden. Within the United Kingdom, we deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

1. Right of cancellation and returns policy
As our valued customer you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 14 days of delivery, without being obliged to state any reasons. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is return the goods and send a return request within the 14-day period by e-mail or telephone.

Please enter your name and the Order Number that you would like to cancel. If you return the goods, the purchasing contract is canceled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation. With the exception of international orders we must request that you to return goods at your own cost.
No refund can be greater than the value of the product at the time the product was ordered. Proof of purchase will be required. Tiermotivschmuck.com makes every effort to ensure products arrive in good condition. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged in any way, contact your Postal Service within the first 2 days of arrival.

Please note: custom jewelry designs, rings in customer size, engraved designs, watches with your individual picture, special offers and custom enamelled jewelry are not returnable.
Note:
The enameled jewelry pieces are unique unique because they are individually crafted by artists hand, it may be very low color variations.

2. Conclusion of the contract
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and that your transaction has been authorised. Before submitting your order, the ordering process ("Preview") offers you the chance to check all the details again (e.g. name, address, payment method, and items ordered) and make changes if necessary.

If paying by bank or Credit Card via PayPal your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. We cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques and are not responsible for loss.

4. Dispatch & Delivery
Europe: ca. 5 - 7 working days (Receipt of payment)
Worldwide: ca. 10 - 12 working days (Receipt of payment)

All of our jewelry is custom made when you order and we ask that you allow several days for us to complete your order before shipping. Please note that we will make every attempt to complete your order as soon as possible. On average, a silver design will take 5 -7 working days and gold 10 - 12 working days (Receipt of payment). Certain designs may require a loger working time and some less time. For engraved items, please allow an extra 10 - 12 working days after (Receipt of payment).

5. Delivery Charges: We despatch our products by German Postal Service.
Where goods are shipped abroad, the customer may be responsible for payment of local taxes & duties where applicable.

All international orders are shipped by Airmail.
Postage costs for items shipping to countries outsiede the EU (rest of the world) based on the actual postage costs.

6. Shipping outside of Germany:
We ship to all countries. Our standard shipping costs listed on our website are for Germany only. For all other destinations your shipping costs will be calculated once your order is received. The prices provided do not include any customs, duties or taxes that may occur once the parcel arrives in your country.

You must have both a shipping address and a credit card billin address to place an order, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes addresses or to APO/FPO addresses.

7. Delivery:
It is our intention to make the delivery of your product as hassle free as possible. In order to achieve this we will contact you and will notify you at the time of despatch Customers should be aware that the German Postal Service used by Tiermotivschmuck.com are independent and as such delivery times and dates may vary beyond our control. Whilst every effort is made to minimise these risks, Tiermotivschmuck.com. cannot be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on a specified date agreed between the customer and Tiermotivschmuck.com.

8. Reservation of ownership
All goods remain unqualified property of Tiermotivschmuck.com until payment has been received in full.

9. Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties:
These are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.

10. Value Added Tax (VAT):
Tiermotivschmuck.com is VAT registered, 19% Tax is included in every price.

11. Confirmation of Despatch:
Confirmation of despatch of orders will not be sent unless specifically requested.

The terms and conditions of this contract are in accordance with German law, excluding UN-commerce law, even when ordering from or delivering to a country other than Germany. All points of these terms and conditions remain valid, even if one of the above points is invalid. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and recommend that you should look through them on a regular basis.
