we are askingfor advance payment via bank transfer or PayPal www.paypal.com
After an sucessful order process you get an order confirmation via E-mail. This confirmation is generated
by our webshop, if you do not get this e-mail, please contact our support team. With this order confirmation
you will get all datas for payment.
All listed prices are in EUR, and we do not accept checks or money orders. Please do not send cash.
What are your shipping charges?

Shippings to EU-member countries:
For shippings to any country inside the customs territory of the EU there are no custom taxes.
European Union Contries shipping costs: 9,50 EUR
With German Postal
Shippings outsiede the EU (rest of the world)
Postage costs for items shipping to countries outsiede the EU (rest of the world) based on the actual postage
costs. Your shipping costs will be calculated once your order is received. The prices provided do not include any
customs, duties or taxes that may occur once the parcel arrives in your country.
All international orders are shipped by Airmail. With German Postal
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes addresses or to APO/FPO addresses !
How long should I allow for creation of my jewelry selection?
How long will my order take to ship ?
Europe: 5 - 7 working days
Worldwide: 10 - 12 working days
All of our work is custom made when you order and we ask that you allow several days for us to complete your order
before shipping. Please note that we will make every attempt to complete your order as soon as possible.
On average, a silver design will take 5 -7 working days and gold 7 - 12 working days (Receipt of payment).
Certain designs may require a loger working time and some less time.
For engraved items, please allow an extra 10 - 12 working days after (Receipt of payment) if
your order is time sensitive and is required by a certain date, please E-Mail us: anfrage@mein-fotogravur-shop.com
and we will be happy to let you know the approxiamte completion date for your order.
What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt in new condition.
We realize that it is often difficult to purchase an item without actually seeing it in person.
We are so confident that you will be totally pleased with your jewelry that if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied we
will happily issue you a refund (less shipping). Be sure to insure your return in case of loss or damage in transit.
Please note:
For custom made items we cannot accept any returns
custom jewelry designs, rings in customer size, engraved jewelry, Wristwatch with your own photo, special offers
and enameled jewelry, are not returnable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Almost all countries are possible, and the few that are not will not be within the selection list when
checking out. International shipping/handling will not show, so we will contact you if there is anyadditional cost
for that prior to processing your order.
We offer International shipping of our Dog breed and Dog Paw print jewelry to
United Kingdom, we deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
